Dot Creative is the in-house graphic design studio at Marketplace Communications.
They have been providing exceptional design, marketing, and strategic solutions to local and national clientele for over 12 years. Dot Creative has a wealth of experience in creative design delivering effective visual communications to both private and public sector organisations.
Long standing relationships with printers and suppliers are the cornerstone of Dot Creative’s operational processes. Longevity and loyalty with a select group of printers and suppliers allow Dot Creative to supply their clients with competitive printing cost and a guarantee on quality.
The other three cornerstones of the Dot Creative business framework are client objectives, client budgets, and above all client deadlines. Dot Creative follows a standard procedure when responding to client requests. After meeting with a client and obtaining the brief their first step is to prepare a “re-brief” back to the client. This step is the most crucial and important and is an element that sets Dot Creative apart.
By providing the client with a “re-brief” they are able to clarify in writing their understanding and interpretation of the client brief. This allows the client to confirm that the designers are “on the same page” as them and it also provides the designers with the opportunity to take the client’s initial ideas further and test the waters with some different ideas and directions that build of the initial brief concepts.
This approach ensures that the design process is both collaborative and innovative.
