Marketplace Communications has been providing community consultation and stakeholder engagement services to some of Queensland’s leading companies, town planners, property developers, and government agencies for over 20 years.
When undertaking a community consultation process for our clients we always aim to educate and inform the community about the plans for development in their local community and where relevant, clear any misconceptions.
We also establish open two-way lines of communication, offering members of the community and key stakeholders the opportunity to request further information and provide feedback.
We undertake a range of community consultation measures which include one-on-one briefings with key stakeholders, information sessions for local residents, letter box drops with information on the development and planning process, and special events such as Community Information Days. We also conduct media relations to keep the local community informed, to promote specials events, and to distribute positive messages about our clients and their projects.
